2024 7th International Conference on Sustainable Development and Green Buildings (ICSDGB 2024) is the workshop of IC3E, which is co-organized by Asia Pacific Institute of Science and Engineering(APISE) and International Society for Environmental Information Sciences (ISEIS). The conference will be hosted in Chengdu, China from Mar.29-31, 2024! It is a leading forum for researchers, practitioners, developers, and users to explore cutting-edge ideas and to exchange techniques, tools, and experiences.

Prof. Guangwei Huang, Sophia University, Japan
Dr. Huang is a Professor in Graduate School of Global Environmental Studies, Sophia University, Japan and also serves as the Director of the Institute for Studies of the Global Environment, which is a cross-disciplinary research organization within Sophia University. He received his Bachelor from Fudan University, China, Master and Ph.D. degrees from the University of Tokyo, Japan.His career includes Associate Professor in Graduate School of Frontier Sciences, the University of Tokyo; Associate Professor at Kanazawa University, Japan and Professor for Joint Educational Program between International Center for Water Hazard and Risk Management under the auspices of UNESCO and National Graduate Institute for Policy Studies, Japan. Passionate about water, his study evolved from fluid dynamics to water quality modeling and to integrated watershed science and management. In recent years, his main research focus is sustainability science from water perspective such as wetland conservation and wise use, integration of flood risk analysis with urban planning and innovative water resources development as well. He has published more than 80 peer-reviewed papers in various journals and also served as reviewer and editor for various international journals. Recently, he was given the Award of Distinguished Scientist by International Society for Environmental Information Sciences (ISEIS).

Prof. C.W. Lim, City University of Hong Kong, China
Ir Professor Lim received a BEng from University of Technology of Malaysia, MEng
and PhD from National University of Singapore and Nanyang Technological University,
respectively. Prior to joining City University of Hong Kong (CityU), he was a post-doctoral research fellow at The University of Queensland and The University of Hong Kong. Professor Lim is also a visiting professor at various universities including the University of Western Sydney, Dalian University of Technology, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, etc. Professor Lim receives global recognition for original research in applied and computational mechanics. He received multiple research grants totaling millions of dollars, one FE software and four patents. He serves on over 20 journal editorial boards, notably JoMMS (co-Editor-inChief), JVET (Managing Editor), AMM (International Subject Editor), JSV (Subject Editor), RSOS (Engineering Subject Editor), etc.
