Papers should be submitted directly to conference e-mail address: [email protected]. a. Authors must complete their submissions before the designated deadlines. Late submissions will not be considered. b. The initial and final submissions should be more than 4 pages, and must be in editable format. Hardcopy are not accepted. c.
