On behalf of the Program Committee, it is a honour and pleasure to invite you to attend the 11th International Conference and Exposition on Electrical and Power Engineering (EPE 2020) to be held in Iaşi, Romania, on October 22-23, 2020. Organized by the Faculty of Electrical Engineering of Iasi and SETIS Association, the EPE Conference is now a tradition, being confirmed as an important international event in the electrical engineering area. Starting in 1999 with the 1st edition, EPE reaches today the 11th anniversary. EPE Conference is organized every two years with the intent of attracting a wide national and international audience from both academic and industrial communities. Contributions from all research communities working in the field of electrical engineering or in appropriate fields are welcomed to join our conference. The EPE Conference is technically co-sponsored by IEEE Romanian Section, being included in the IEEE Conference database with record number #50722. Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore. The Proceedings of the Conference will be also submitted to a number of citation and indexing bodies including Clarivate Analytics Web of Science (former Thomson Reuters ISI Conference Proceedings Citation Index). The last 4 editions of EPE have been already included in this prodigious database. Iasi is one of the most important and beautiful cities in Romania, the capital and the most important cultural and industrial center of the Moldova region. There are many places that deserve to be visited in Iasi. |

Prospective authors are kindly asked to submit first a 4 (four pages) extended abstract until May 15, 2020. Depending on the decision upon the abstract and the comments made by the reviewers, authors will be then asked to submit the full paper. A template for the extended abstract, as well as for the final paper may be downloaded docx or doc. The official language of the EPE 2020 Conference is English. The abstracts, as well as the final papers will be uploaded using the electronic submission interface of the Conference. Papers sent by e-mail will be discarded. For uploading the abstract, authors must create an account on the electronic submission interface of the Conference after which they will receive an ID and a password for every paper submitted. For enrolling as an author, please check the Author button in the account registration form. These credentials can be used to edit the submission, to (re)upload a paper or to view a submitted paper. Please be careful to remember them. Authors who have already been registered to EPE from previous editions of the conference and do not remember the password, will access „Forgot your password?” link. They must know, however, the username. Otherwise, a new user must be registered. If you encounter troubles in this step, please contact the Conference Technical Chair at [email protected]. |
