SOIE 2019 : Third Symposium on Open and Innovative Education

On behalf of the Organising Committee, we cordially invite you to attend and present a paper at the Third Symposium on Open and Innovative Education (SOIE 2019) to be held on 21–23 October 2019 at Hunan Radio & TV University, Hunan, China.

SOIE 2019 aims to bring together scholars in relevant fields around the globe for addressing prominent issues, exchanging research ideas, and exploring collaboration on open or innovative education. It features keynotes delivered by renowned scholars to present the latest developments of open education, technology-enhanced learning and innovative ways to deliver education. Relevant scholars and academics also share their research findings and innovative practices.

Registration for participation is free and open to all, and registration will be on a first come first served basis subject to seat availability. Participants only pay for their own expenses (e.g. air-tickets and hotel accommodation) for attending the Symposium.

Submissions could be one of the following two types:

1. An abstract around 300 words plus presentation (PowerPoint) file (guidelines)
2. Full paper (3–18 pages) (guidelines)

All submissions will be reviewed for relevance, originality, clarity, soundness, and significance by at least two reviewers. Each paper submission will be allocated a timeslot for oral presentation if at least one of the authors completes the registration and attends the Symposium as scheduled.
