ISAECT2019 will provide an international technical forum for engineers, scientists and researchers to present their recent works and developments on the fields of electrical engineering, communication technologies and smart systems, exchange and share their experiences, and explore collaborative projects in these fields. ISAECT'2019 is an IEEE technically co-sponsored conference. We are pleased to invite you to submit you recent papers to the IEEE -International Symposium on Advanced Electrical and Communication Technologies (ISAECT'2019) which will take place in Rome, Italy, November 27-29, 2019. The deadline for paper submission is fixed on July 15, 2019. Presented papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore as well as other Abstracting and Indexing (A&I) databases. Furthermore, Authors of selected papers will be invited to submit extended version of their papers (at least 40%) for potential publication in high indexed international journals. In the past edition (ISAECT2018), All presented papers (Acceptation rate: 54%) have been published in IEEEXplore Digital Libraity.
