This workshop aims to provide research training to academics on the writing of research papers and grant proposals to enhance their contribution to scholarship as well as boost their social relevance. The target population is academic communities in Africa. The duration of the workshop will be three days. Day 1 of the workshop will feature hands-on sessions following intensive reviews of the research papers submitted prior to the workshop. Day 2 of the workshop will be dedicated to practical sessions on the writing of grant proposals based on the drafts earlier submitted to the workshop and on current calls for proposal. On Day 3, participants will depart to their various institutions.
Interested persons are expected to submit a brief draft of their intended paper or grant proposal, not exceeding 3000 words to [email protected] the workshop organisation at least 3 months to the date of the workshop. Papers in any field of study are welcome.
