Participants may also submit a 5 page paper for a regular (5 pages), During review, the submitted 5 PAGE FULL papers can be accepted either as a regular 5 page paper or if excellent, full 5 page papers can be accepted by the program committee as extended (8-page) papers for the conference proceedings. All accepted papers will be published in the GAME-ON®'2019 Conference Proceedings.

Short paper

At least three (3) pages, single space, double column. See the example above, but only use 3 pages.

Participants may also submit a 3 page short paper. During review, the submitted 3 PAGE papers can be accepted either as a short 3 page paper or poster. or if excellent, 3 page papers can be accepted by the program committee as full five (5-page) papers for the conference proceedings. by the International Program Committee.. All accepted papers will be published in the GAME-ON®'2019 Conference Proceedings.

Always add on the first page of your abstract or paper under your name and affiliation, contact information, like your email or telephone number. 

One and two page abstracts are NOT accepted

Outstanding paper award

The GAME-ON®'2019 Conference Committee will select the Outstanding Paper of the Conference. The author of this paper will be awarded a free registration for a EUROSIS conference, a signed certificate and the possibility to be published in scientific journal.. Only papers submitted as full papers (5 to 8 pages or more) and ACCEPTED AS EXTENDED PAPERS will be eligible for the Outstanding Paper Award.

Journal Publication

Only accepted and presented extended papers are eligible for journal publication in any of the journals listed here.

Quality control

In order to ensure the quality of the proceedings, Thomson-Reuters ISISCOPUS and INSPEC/IET will receive the listing of the actually presented papers, next to the copies of the Proceedings. 
All EUROSIS Proceedings are ISI-Thomson ReutersSCOPUS and INSPEC/IET referenced.

Language

The official conference language for all papers and presentations is English.
