Authors are invited to submit full manuscripts or Extended Abstracts by March 31, 2019. Submissions should be made electronically through the EasyChair system. All submission will be reviewed for merit and contents. Papers/Extended Abstracts must be original and have not been published or submitted elsewhere. Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings provided at least one of the authors will register and present the paper. All rights of publication of papers presented in the conference shall rest with the Conference Organizers. |
